Returns & Cancellations
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
6.1 Statutory Cancellation Rights
Under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, customers purchasing eligible products online generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us by email within the applicable cancellation period.
Once cancellation has been communicated, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain exceptions apply, including qualifying personalised or bespoke products and certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
6.2 Standard Returns
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
For our additional returns policy, items should be:
-
Unworn and unused, except for reasonable inspection
-
Returned in their original condition
-
Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns under our additional 30-day policy are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
These additional conditions do not restrict your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
Our additional change-of-mind returns policy does not normally cover:
-
Personalised, engraved or bespoke jewellery made to a customer's specifications
-
Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewellery where a qualifying hygiene seal has been removed after delivery
Any statutory cancellation exceptions will apply only where legally permitted.
These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.
6.4 Refunds
Once a return has been received and assessed, we aim to initiate approved refunds within 1–3 business days.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the legally required timeframe, including within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return, where applicable.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Where legally required, the refund will also include the original standard delivery charge.
6.5 Return Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return postage costs where this has been communicated before purchase.
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will meet reasonable return costs where required by law.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
-

Our jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Accidental damage or misuse
-

-
Damage caused by unauthorised alterations or improper repairs
If you believe your jewellery has developed a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Repairs outside the warranty period may be available for an additional charge, subject to assessment.
Our warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not replace or limit those rights.
